The Great American Quilt StoryShare very cute logo here
You’re making quilt history today. Help us document it!
The Great American Quilt StoryShare is creating a snapshot of 21st century quiltmaking in America. We’re collecting stories of quilts and quiltmakers from coast to coast, from Maui to Minneapolis, and everything in between, and we want to know about the quilts you’re making, and the quilts you love.
Why should I share my story?
Replace this with text like “every quilt has a story” — talk about that a little bit in a way that makes it not scary.

How do I share my story?
It’s easy, just grab the quilt and record yourself talking about your quilt for three minutes or less. You can use a smartphone (just remember to hold it horizontally for the best picture!) or ask a friend to film you. If you’re in a quilt guild, you can record videos as a guild activity, either in person, or during a virtual meeting. Scroll down for complete instructions.
Who is the Quilt Alliance?
A quote here from someone who can talk about what it means to share their story.
