Artist’s Statement
Twenty balloons for a TWENTY celebration. A celebration calls for color, whimsy, and joy. A celebration includes family and friends. My quilt could be a symbol of any type of celebration—any occasion- big or small. It could even be a symbol of something very simple, such as a celebration of life in general, of a beautiful world we live in, or maybe even just waking up every day. Let’s all celebrate!
